Because the bottle has wax on its components, on the inside, although the glue will harden inside the bottle, if you let the bottle open, if you cut the bottle in half you will be able to take the harden glue away from the surface of the inside of the bottle.

Because the inside of the bottle is coated with a substance which doesn't allow the glue to stick to it.

Because in open exposure to air it drys up if you leave the lid of the bottle of glue for a good while it will slowly begin to set inside the bottle, if you keep the lid on the glue bottle instead then you will have locked moisture in. x

Leave the glue bottle opened for several days and see if it gets stuck inside.

glue contains chemicals that must evaporate in order to harden. therefore in a bottle, the evaporated chemicals continually recondense, so the glue will say a liquid.
