Palm has 2 types of reset: (1) Soft Reset resets your unit without erasing data (use this when your unit crashes or when you simly want to refresh it); and (2) Hard Reset resets your unit to the way it came from the factory. CAUTION: Hard Reset WILL erase the data on your unit. Push the small botton on your unit to do a soft reset, and button + power button to do a hard reset.

I only have a Tungsten T3 and its got a reset button in the center area at the back. Use your stylus to press the tiny hole, and it resets the thing.
