why do so many women have breast implants?

Because they are no longer interested in getting to know a real Man.
Any woman I have ever met that had breast implants, I have kindly told them I am not interested in knowing them, even as a friend, because of their choice.

This does not include women who have had implants because of the need for breast reconstruction from injury or illness.

No matter how big, shaped or even size mismatched from left to right, I will always want reality and really appreciate a woman.

Well if you have NO boobs at all! I have a friend that is an A cup. she litterally has nothing. It sucks for her b/c she cant really wear low cut dresses or shirts b/c it looks stupid with out breasts. She is getting implants for B cups.

that's right B cups so that she doesnt look like a freak (c cups would be unnatural looking for her tiny body)

She just wants to feel like a woman. I dont blame her. It's her one insecurity. and I support her. (no pun intended)

Because they feel insecure for who they really are and by getting implants gives them the confidence they are after.

Me - I didn't have to have implants I had a baby instead and my breast size doubled :)

I am getting mine so I can feel confident and I really want to be able to go to a store and pick out a dress. This might souund odd to people that havea normal chest, but finding clothing for extremely small chested women is hard to do. If I twist or turn my shirts will open (so I dont buy them of course). Most shirts are way too big on top. I dont feel right in a swim suit due to my small chest. I was tormented all my life my classmates due to my small chest size. I want to feel feminine...

There are most of my reasons. I am not doing it for vanity, I am doing it to feel normal.

Some women do it because they feel it will improve their body image, will make them look better proportionally. Some do it because they think larger breasts will will them feel better about themselves and their bodies. Some may do it because a significant other wants them to.

Then, their are those who have it done after a mastectomy. Also, there are women who do it for professional reasons (actresses, strippers, models), who feel that haveing larger breasts would make them look more attractive and help their careers.

Plastic surgery is way out of control. Women think they need to look a certain way to feel good about themselves and to attract men. Women should be more concerned about their spirit and if they are a good person. They should worry about being nicer and helpful to society - not about if their boobs are big enough.

because they arent comfortable with the way they already look.....im not against people that have plastic surgery, but i think we should love and embrace our bodies the way they already are. we are women, and we are all beautiful in some way or another! same for men that have plastic surgery.
