Where can I buy a water warmer for my horses trough for those frozen winter months. Ive heard of them but, I cant find them. Am I calling it the wrong name? Is it a electric trough warmer? The trough water freezes for months.

Check with your local Tractor Supply, or any farm supply type store. You can also check online. Livestock tank heaters start at about $50 on up.

You can buy online or find where you can buy them in your local area.

I get a lot of my horse products from Jeffers Equine supplies out of Alabama. They are pretty cheap and no tax unless you live in Alabama. Free shipping for over $60 purchases (last I knew). Or just any type of farm supply store will have them. Most of them will be electric, I would guess that there maybe battery operated ones, maybe not.

Easy.. every city/town has an animal feed store which also has medicines for birds/cats/dogs/ and of course, bridles, water tanks for animals, etc.. Anyway.. they would be the place to buy it. Sorry, I cannot give any names because there is NO chain and the name changes with each city/town.

ive never actually experienced my trough water freezing (i live in california!) but im sure your local feed store should carry one. if that doesnt work im guessing you could find one online on www.valleyvet.com, www.doversaddlery.com or even www.statelinetack.com. hope this helps!
