By Mother's Milk, I mean the tea, not breastmilk.

I just tried some, and that stuff's not half bad. The taste, at least. As far as how it works, I don't know, I just tried it.

I have used it on a few occassions when I felt that my supply was low. It was amazing. Fortunately, I haven't had the need to use it that often. My baby would have to pull away because of the large amount of mild coming out-so it definitely does work.

I haven't used it, and I wouldn't recommend it for 2 reasons: First of all, any time you use an herbal blend, you multiply the likelihood of having a bad reaction--allergy or side effect. Secondly, and more importantly, it contains fennel. Fennel has the odd quality of increasing the milk supply for some mothers and *reducing* it for others. It's not worth the risk. Instead, use fenugreek (which is the active ingredient in MMT anyway). The best way to take fenugreek is in capsule form (not as a tea).

Hello! I used Mother's Milk with great success after I learned that I couldn't tolerate the very strong taste of fenugreek tea. I would drink a cup in the morning, hot, and then drink some cold around noon, and again before I went to bed. I also ate oatmeal every day (yes, oatmeal cookies count!) as they are known to increase supply as well.

Fenugreek and milk thistle are supposed to be the golden eggs of natural supplements, but I could never get used to the taste of that fenugreek...

Are you talking about a product? Keep breastfeeding as long as you can there are many benefits besides the vitamins and mineral content.

For instance, they have found that when a baby encounters a virus or bacteria the babies saliva translates that back to the mothers body and the mothers body will produce anti-biotic or anti-virals to it. The mouth and teeth are shaped by breastfeeding. the baby had too work harder to get the breast milk.

There are many more positives.

I'm not a mom, but a dad, and when my daughter was born, and was suckling, I tried the other side. Got a taste of colostum later in life. It was a little strange tasting, but not all that bad.

I did with my 3rd child..tastes like crap..don't really know if it made any difference because I was pumping so much because I was working so the pumping and nursing on demand was probably the reason i was producing so much milk

There are several such products on the market. They do work. In some cases, they work too well.
