Spiders. Anyone who answers something else...nearly (but not quite) as creepy. Spiders are the only bug (possibly the only thing in the whole animal kingdom) that science claims that 94% of human beings are born with a genetic predisposition to fear.
As far as animals are concerned, it's harder to say. Like, I'd fear a lion in the wild but I think lions are gorgeous animals otherwise, so they're far from a 'least' favorite.
Eh.. I guess pigeons; they have little to no use (particularly in cities). At least rats can spread disease (I'm not saying that's *good* in any fashion; I just mean their existence has a sociological impact) but pigeons just eat, defecate and procreate. Their existence is a waste.

My Top 5 Least Favorite bug-type critters:
5) anything that bites or stings or pinches (including mosquitoes, bees, and spiders)
List becomes redundant from here, because some of the following are biters/stingers/pinchers, but still gross enough to deserve individual mention.
4) those big nasty flies that go around dead stuff
3) earwigs
2) spiders - especially if their bodies are bigger than a pea, and if they're hairy - they just LOOK more dangerous then!
AND the #1 grossest bug-type entity in my opinion...
1) cockroaches -- AAACK! As if they're not gross enough, then there was that movie, Creepshow (based on the writing of Stephen King, who is great, but...) that one of the segments had to do with cockroaches - omg - awful, gross little creepy crawlies. ::shudders::

My least favorite bug is any type of spider and my least favorite animal is the hyena.

Spiders are a pretty close 1st but I'd have to say centipeds. I'd maybe smash one on the wall with a shoe, but I wouldn't wipe it up. Thats for someone else.

I hate all bugs but spiders are the worse. I don't like big dogs either.

I hate mosquito's, but they LOVE me!! In fact, today I just went to Big Lots & bought repellant. $ 2.75. quite a bargain!

A tarantula.

Spruce beetle! they are big and ugly with long antenae and white spots. they bite hard enough to take CHUNKS out of your flesh! very painful and very creepy!! (now i got the heeby geebies!!)
