I think I am cause I randomly notice and just feel some things.
like I could be around my brother and we say nothing for at least an hour then I say a random quote of a movie we haven't seen for months, and we haven't talked about it, and he freaks out saying he was thinking about the same quote. also, there's this anime called ragna rock and I was cleaning my room and randomly thinking of it, I don't even watch it, the only reason I know of it is because my friend has a shirt of it and I haven't seen him since school hella days ago and then less than a minute later my brother asks if I signed up or something about ragnarock on his email which he had no clue about and I said no, that was really wierd too. also I was with my group at school and there's this kid that never with us and I only know his name but I could feel him coming randomly from far away, something told me, and no one said anything about him and I turn around and he was coming! and no one talks to him or ever sees him.

also I hella get deja vu and say the same thing somesone else is gonna say , I could "Have you ever avoided danger or misfortune by trusting a strange feeling" but usually I don't care to anyway...

I think you are. Actually, I think we all are. We just have not come to except this aspect of ourselves in society yet. It's good that you notice this now, you will be able to use your intuition much better in situations if you trust it.
