Something intelligent and without any swears, but still infuriates the other person.
Sometime doing things that just annoys them even more, if you know how to get under their skin, can drive them insane.
Or better yet, if someone's seriously frustrated and mad at you, act completely happy and nice towards them, they'll go insane.

The best insults would take knowledge of the person you are trying to insult. Canned insults are not good insults. If you are looking for funny ones, try the joke section.

The best insults are ones that are based on truth but not necessarily hurtful, rather they make the insulted person stop and think about themselves or a situation.

That would have to be the best insult.
To be able to pull this off, you have to have intimate knowledge of your target.
I agree - canned insult do not have the same punch. This has to hit the core.

"BEST insults"? hmm... interesting word choice. although i have found knowing a few intelligent insults very useful.
i guess calling someone "illiterate" could be one. "wich" is spelt "which", no offense.
