By asking closing questions!
Definition
Closing a question suggests that the issue has been resolved. When a question is closed, it cannot be updated anymore. However, closed questions can be reopened or deleted permanently.
Usage
Closing a question means that the customer’s request has been satisfied to the maximum expedient degree. Still, it does not imply that questions are always closed after a long series of customer updates and support staff replies. Sometimes it is enough to provide a reference to a Knowledge Base record to response to a customer’s request for advice.
Questions may be moved individually (described below) or collectively.
Procedure
Mark the question in the list and press the Close button or access the question’s detail view page and press the Close button.
Automatic email notifications are generated according to notification settings when applicable.
Tips
You may setup escalation rules to let the system remind you to close old questions.
Leaving too many questions open is not recommended.

there are so many ways-it depends on the objections, type of customer, product etc.-overall the most effective in general terms is the implied close-just turn the paper or contract around to your customer for signature and pass them the pen and say I just need your approval to get this finalized--then don't say anything until after thay have finishing signing or said something-whoever speaks first loses--there may be a long awkward silence but you have to wait it out-it works--I have sold many products and won prizes since age 10 and am 37 now-sold cars, insurance, and advertising primarily-hope that helps-there are many sales books w/ closing tips like from zig zigler and others-practice the closes-adapt to your product and personality and you will close and make more all the time.
