How can I stop my hard drive to stop caching when my computer is sitting idle?

Is there a software program to fix this problem?

as long as you have the internet on it will do this---try just disabiling internet until you come back to computer then right click your mouse on the internet connection and go from there.

because this is a feature from microsoft.
