How to find out what size?

If i'm 36'' at my waist....what skirt size would i be...7/8? I'm trying to order a skirt online, but i don't know what size to buy?

36" waist or hips? If it's your hips, then a 7/8 would be fine. If it's 36" waist (near your belly button), then you'll need to go for a 11/12 or 13/14.

7/8 Who are you kidding? My wife fits into my 34" waist pants, and she wears 12/13. Keep dreaming, toots. Yer gonna need a bigger skirt.

u would probably be a 7/8
