Im looking for a place to move where the taxes are low and the weather stayes about 80 or under all year long...BTW i love the snow. :) I wanna stay in the US also.

If you love snow and cool weather with a decent cost of living & quality of life I would recommend the Houghton/Hancock area of Upper Michigan. It's a small town, but there's a university which affords lots of cultural and sports activities. Plus there are a lot of recreational opportunities what with Lake Superior, tons of inland lakes, rivers/streams, waterfalls, hiking trails, mountain biking/cross country skiing/snowshoeing trails, 4-wheeler/3-wheeler/snowmobiles trails all nearby. And if you want snow you'll definitely find it there. They're only moments away (half hour?) from the snowiest place in the US east of the Rockies. I think the average snowfall in Houghton/Hancock is like 230 inches per year. Oh, & its average high in July (the warmest month of the year) is 78 or 79, though it occasionally does get hot.

Around Miami, Florida as far as the weather being 80º all year round, but if you're looking for a place where there is a low standard of living, go to Corpus Christi, Texas or any Texas town bordering with Mexico. However, while the winters are mild, it can still get cold.
