My brother was taking his new girl for a spin in his car when she told him she was a witch. He didn't believe her until she suddenly put her hand on his knee and he turned into a lay-by.

Many people who believe they are witches believe they can cast spells. The question you should ask is whether those spells can affect you. Only if you believe they can. Witches spells, like voodoo spells, can only hurt someone if they believe they can. Its all in your mind. Now, as far as your brother is concerned, it doesn't take a witches spell to get a young man to go parking with a young girl, witch or not.

Yes we can. We don't do it to harm others and it isn't what Hollywood would have you believe either. There is no flash of light or bang or puff of smoke. It is more akin to pray but where pray is asking for help from another source, casting is sending personal energy out to achieve the requested goal. Do we use candle and incense and other tools, yes we do. We don't need to but they help us to tap into the needed energies.

Honsetly i dont know what a Lay_by is. I have done magic myself and i believe that spells can work though sometimes they do not but i have also learns its better to not cast them too often and not to be selfis because it always bites you in the butt if you try to hurt someone else no matter who they are and what they have done

I believe idiots can cast spells, not just witches. I suffered a servere curse myself. Its REAL bad ****, don't meddle with it. One of the guys who put the Hex on me just died in a car crash too.

"Casting" is simply putting it (your will/intention) out there...like a ripple in the pond. Sometimes it makes a difference, somtimes it goes unnoticed. YES, witches cast a lot.
