cuz i saw pics of the 1st practice on nba.com and he wasnt there.

He's staying out of practice right now because of his back

But it's Coach K so I would say he has a better than average chance of making the team

Apparently this is just tryouts for the squad that's going to the world championships this year in Japan. The Olympics aren't til 2008 so everyone is being kept on a reserve list and if there are any breakout players they will also have another chance to get on that team

It's a step by step system, if JJ can't find his way on now, he'll have a few chances before the Olympics

J.J was sent to the developmental league by the Magic. Apparently he didn't have what it takes to make it in the NBA. Don't get me wrong J.J can hoop but needs to work on his defense and some penetration moves instead of spot up shooting.

He's on the try out list, but more than likely he won't make the cut.

I AM FROM ORLANDO, FLORIDA AND THE WORD HERE IS HE WILL NOT PLAY BECAUSE OF HIS BACK. AT LEAST THAT IS THE INFORMATION THAT I AM GETTING FROM THE SPORTS WRITERS FOR THE PAPER AROUND HERE.
