What can you do if you meet a guy you want to be with for the rest of your life, but he lives in another country and is always busy with work so you not sure if he is genuine or not, and you really want to believe in him when he tells you he misses you and thinks about you all the time, because you love him so deeply?

Take a deep breath and take a step back. Collect your senses and then either put your thoughts down in writing, via e-mail (much easier but a cop-out to some extent) or talk to him face-to-face and tell him exactly what you told us all here. He cannot continue to operate in this manner if he espouses his feelings for you. Communication is what is needed, give him a chance or two to help him see how it hurts you so when he is not around . . .

First work on your definition of love. Not to answer a question with another question but, how is it that you can be in love with a guy you don't know, is in another country, and don't know if he's genuine? Are you in love or in love with the idea of being in love?

You would need to find out if he is genuine and the only way to do that is to go to where he is and stay for a while. To see if someone is who they say they are, you need to be able to see them and interact with them on a day to day basis.

Sorry, but if he loved u as much as you love him, he'd find the time, he'd find away of being with u, u wouldnt be second guessing his feelings or yours , which is what your doing.. you'd be confident of your love cause he wouldnt just have to say the words u'd feel it in your soul.. so im thinking its more of a dream then a reality hun.. sorry..

my advice is to forget about him and find someone closeby. there are tons of guys all over the place. don't go halfway around the world to find one. could you just be deluding yourself into thinking he's you soul mate out of convenience? that's what i did. it didn't work out.
