My pc won't start so can ne1 help plz?

my pc loads and says windows wen i start it but den da screen turns blak...so does ne1 kno wats wrong & how i could fix it? i'd call the repair man but last time dis happened i lost all my pcs memory and i don't want to lose my songs on itunes.

It seems that your PC does not load the operatiog system so you have to reinstall windwos but when you reinstall it choose the keep the stored files so you can't loose your data on the disk drive and that will only reinstall the system files
