i am trying to access the G drive of my computer to transfer some pictures from my phones memory card, which normally goes through G drive. Now, when i open the computer file, which shows all the other drives, E, F, G, and I drive all appear with red question marks, then disappear! i cannot access the G drive now as the icon for it disappears after about 5 seconds, so i can't get in it to get my pictures. How do i solve this? I hope someone can be of assistance, as this is driving me mad! thanks in advance =)

G drive is built into my computer... like the dvd drive is, its nothing to do with my phone, its just a memory card fits in it. My computer did show it up until recently, now it can't find it!

I think that you are using a mmc(multi media card) and connect it to ur comp. through a card reader.. well it might be one of the following:
1.your card reader is damaged and you need to buy a new one
2.your mmc is corrupted
try to reinstall the mmc to your phone to make sure that it's ok so you have to change your card reader or if it didn't then the problem is with your mmc..

This could be a case of the drivers being corrupted. You would need to find out the make and model of you card reader, and download the latest drivers from the manufacturers website. You may also be able to find out the details of the drive in control panel>system>hardware tab under disk drives (double click the drive and then go to drivers)
