I've heard the saying, but it was : Liquor in the front, Poker in the rear(or back).

The correct phrase is "Liquor in the front, poker in the rear." Which can be slurred into "Lick her in the front, poke her in the rear." It actually has it's roots in the old west, where, traditionally I'm told, the whiskey was served in the front of the bar, (where if people got too drunk, they could be thrown out quicker.) and the gambling took place beyond the view of somebody looking in.
Of course, the secondary version is a bit derogatory towards the ladies, but it does lead to a good time.

It is Liquor in the Front, Poker in the rear. As to the innuendo meaning that was proably around as long as or before the phrase. I wouldn't be surprised if they took the phrase from that saying.

I didn't see it or hear it but my guess is that he said "Looker in the front porker in the rear" - she's great looking when looking at her face, chest, etc. but when you see her backside she's got a big booty? Just a guess.
