She lives an hour away but comes a lot (as in 2-4 times a month). But I don't think she will be coming for a while, and I really want to ask her out. Any advice?

yes, asking her out on the phone would be just as good as other wise! just make sure (since im on this topic) that if you ever break up with someone, dont do it on the phone.
