Yes, I donated my body to Harvard Medical School in Boston. When I die they have the right to do as they please with any parts, after all they own it!
Because it is Harvard they will probably use it for teaching purposes but if my organs are good and the need is there I am sure they will use them.

I don't think so...I mean, grave robbers I guess sell body parts.
Personally, I hope that my remains will be donated for doctors to prod and examine, and maybe find something useful from :)

acctually its not an institution its the hospitals and morges. if you are wearing a sepcial bracelet, when you die, the hostpital has the right to donate your working organs to people who need them in order to survive.
