I don't think so. He's had some trouble with the law, but I'm pretty sure he's not in jail.

Couples screw around in theaters all the time. In normal theaters. He went to an ADULT theater and probably got caught because he was more high profile than the other weirdos ***ing off in there. It was a long time ago, and if he did his time, give him a break.

What is this to do with homework? Yes he was in jail for indecent acts in public and I believe they let him out a while back. Now get back to your homework.
