Geez, that's hard. The only thing I can think of is...
Silence contains the "s" sound.

The word "sanction" is its own antonym.

1. formal, official, and explicit approval "The league sanctioned four rules of play for the tournament."
2. official punishment given in disapproval "The league sanctioned two players for rule violations."

(Actually, this type of word is called a "contronym.")
