All nationalities and ethnicities have their good and bad. If you're talking about individuals, the Dalai Lama would be on the top of my list for one of the best people in the world.

what a silly question. Best according to what? Different people are better at different things... Scholastic scores? Soccer? Rich food? Making the trains run on time?

well let me start off by saying that i play online video games so i get to talk to people from all over the world! and even tough im american i'd have to say that i found that australian people were extremely polite and friendly! so i'd say australians!
