Everyone's definition of what the best swingers club is will differ depending on your personal preferences. Some people may prefer on-premis clubs to off-premis clubs. Other people may like more intimate lounge settings versus a nightclub setting.
But if you're trying to get an idea of what clubs are out there, try looking at the NASCA website. Click on On Premise/Off Premis Club Listing and then click on Ohio. It will give a listing of all of the clubs in the state.

Your best bet is to go to Michigan all the swingers moved there where its still considered a sin to do it with your cousin
