my infant daughter has a stomach problem and spits up all over furniture and pillows? Does any know how to wash my cushions and bed pillows?

I wash my bed pillows that I sleep on in the washer (and dry them in the dryer). They come out a little fluffier but a little mishaped. They're not decorative. If yours are not for decor, then I say go ahead and wash them. If you're concerned, take them to a dry cleaner. In the meantime I would use old pillow cases and old blankets on my bed until your daughter's condition has improved.
I've also washed my cushion covers in the machine too. Just set the machine on the delicate cycle and use cold water so they won't run or shrink. Also set the dryer on a low setting. You can also use a steam cleaner for upholstery for stains too.

If you can take the cover of off your cushion that would be best but as far as a bed pillow you can through them in the wash... I do

Bed pillows can definitely be washed in a washing machine, but if you dry them in the dryer, they can get lumpy though.
