yes they do it all the time, i have a friend that has been doing it for 4 years and has up 100,00,000 in her bank account i asked her why does she do that when she can just get a job she stated its easy money and people do not ask a lot of questions and she doesn't have to answer to anyone. she has a 7 bedroom home and 2 cars by the way (BMW's) so yes yo u can make money doing it or become a million are .

Not a millionaire but a thousandaire I don't doubt it. One time I was in Dallas and a guy had a sign asking for money for food. So instead of giving him money I diced to buy him a Big Mac meal at MC Donald's, he threw it back at me and said " I make close to $600.00 a day, what makes you think I'll eat sh!t like that!" So since that day I no longer give anything to people panhandling.

I don't know about millionaire but I remember a story in Toronto a few years ago about a homeless woman. She drove to 'work' (which was a street corner) in her Volvo from her house. She begged on the street corner for a living.
