It's a spot inside you that is next to your bladder. It takes some stimulating to become sensitive, so it won't feel like much when you first touch it. If someone is touching it for you while they are facing you they aim towards you belly button with their fingers (aboud 3 inches in, just past the pubic bone). if from behind, insert fingers tip them down slightly. On top, go in and up slightly. Thats the G spt, there are several others in the same area. One on the left side easier to find with knuckle, is a good one too.

It's a bundle of nerves located on the anterior [top] wall of the vagina approximatley half way between the cervix and the vaginal opening. The "G" refers to the name of the doctor who first described it- Grafenberg. It also exists in men under the prostate.
