As unpopular as it may sound, there are literally mountains of evidence that the official government explanation for the 9/11 attacks is a complete fabrication. The true perpetrators of this deed are the super rich, super powerful, royal blooded illuminati, who run this world. A wealth of evidence can be found at the web sites listed below. The goal of the Illuminati is to start world war 3, reduce the world population by a minimum of 2/3, and institute a one world fascist dictatorship, where everyone is implanted with a micro-chip, which they can control us by. Sounds gruesome, I know, but if we take a good look at the evidence all around us, it's looking more, and more real all the time.

what I believe is l the mid east muslim radicals do not want Americans involved with Israel/or jews and will do anything to take down Israel and the jews in order to gain muslim power everywhere. These people will stop at nothing short of creating a world war where the US will have to make a choice to support Middle east or Israel.
To answer the question is a mute point. We're too far into defending ourselves and now what do we do is the question. We had fair warning prior to the Tower attacks several years ago. We didn't take this serious enuf and protect us then.

OK look. For once and for all, the 9/11 attacks were perpetrated by a bunch of crazy Muslim extremists who were influenced by Al-Qaeda, and thought they would go to heaven by killing americans. If you really want to strain your brain and blame it on the president or some great american conspiracy, why don't you try to understand the situation in the Middle East first? Al-Qaeda hates america because we used them in their war against Russia and then left them out to dry with a country that was in ruins. Other Arabs hate us for similar reasons. US foreign policy for the last fifty years has been to stick our nose in other countries' business to protect American interests. We think that because we are the world's only remaining superpower, that gives us the right to bully everyone around. Take Iran for example; do we really have the right to tell them what technologies they can develop in their own country? How would the US feel if the UN told us to stop building nuclear power plants? We'd be pretty pissed off.
