I peed in the hot tub at my apartment and the guy that works there knew who I was and wrote my name down and ran off saying I was in big trouble. He knew because they had a red dye that activates when it touches urine.

hmmm...I would guess that you would not be arrested. Maybe a small fine or a citation, yes, but not arrested. I also imagine the apartment complex could do something harsher, such as kick you out of your apartment.

There is no law against pissing a bathtub.
Bathtubs usually drain in EXACT same pipe as the toilet that stands right next to it. So as far as government is concerned they could not care less.
Your landlord may not be too happy and may sue you for waste if can demonstrate that you pissing in the tub will lower the value of his apartment.

You might actually get a ticket for it, but I think it's more of a civil matter since you were on private property. The thing I would worry about if I were you would be getting kicked out of my apartment and having to look for a new place to live.

Don't worry many people let out urine when they hit water it's a natural reaction. You just might get a fine if that.
