She may be best known for shaking her body, but there is nothing lame about that body. personally, I'd like to find out if she sucks or not....but I don't think you mean the same kind of suck I do.
She is a very talented singer/dancer. Sounds to me like she's not your type of entertainer. I can understand that. I get tired of hearing about/seeing pictures of lots of entertainers. But right now, Shakira has a hit song, and is a very Sellable artist, so she will continue to make news untill most people lose interest in her. might take a while for one of the top latin artists alive today.

Shakira knew from an early age that she wanted to "shake her ***" and she made it happen..
Outside of "molding from record labels and crap"
she is a woman who knew how to market herself and she did it!
I don't own any of her music but i can appreciate her "self drive" to make it happen for her..
People eat it up!

yes i agree as far as music talent is concerened. BUT shaking her lame little body isn't lame.
belly dancing is NOT easy. I'm a belly dancer and you try training your muscles like us.

I actually don't agree with that, she dosen't suck and she's very talented. She's also a very good dancer.
