Now, let's be sensible here. We're talking about a skeletal figure dressed in bandages versus an ambassador of the Prince of Darkness.
All Dracula would need to do is unravel the Mummy's bandages. He could do this by means of his rather sharp incisors. Common sense, really.-

Depends really for example on the mummy's mental state. If he is burley just got out from the tomb his mindset would probably about what happened in Egypt and stuff like that. And in that condition I don't know if he has the normal way of thinking about what's Draculas weakness even though he is older then Dracula. Dracula who has been wondering around on earth for centuries has centuries of knowledge and his mind his sharp and clever. Dracula would most likely mind control the mummy and use him to do his bidding. But in a fight Dracula would win. Even if the mummy reaches to the stage of having a normal state of mind I still think even then Dracula would control his mind easily. Know the Van helsing version of Dracula would crush the mummy easly that version of Dracula has more power and aggression against his opponents and he has used werewolves as his pet dogs so That version of Dracula would crush him as well.

Dracula, he's more clever. He also has more special modes, like being able to turn into a mist. or bats, or a wolf. Mummy can't do that.

Dracula would win man..he's stronger ,faster and can control stuff with his mind. but if its the munny for the Brandon Frazor movies they its a tougher call cus he was badass.
