I'm trying to find a Green Lantern ring replica, specifically one which is carved entirely out of a green gemstone like Jade (or something) in the shape of Kyle Rayner's ring (http://emerald-warrior.tripod.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/ring7.gif)

Anyone have any idea? Supposedly they were available a few years ago but the company went bust... surely someone must do them somewhere! :-S

I've tried eBay and for once it's not found it! Argh! Plenty of the ones with silver, or the plastic freebies once given away with a comic... but the bf had wanted the carved one :(

Getting one made seems to be the only option, but then I'm lost as to how to find a place that carves stones into rings.... I'm in the UK so it's just a bit of a pain in the bum!

E-Bay, I have to say that because no matter what I type into
the search, one of the top three answers is 'you can get it
on E-Bay. Even humans. YUP

The closest thing to that is the ring Capt. Jack Sparrow wears in the movie, "Pirates of the Carribean." It sells for $18.98. Its about .75" inner diameter. Wear as a ring, or it hangs on a 22" leather neck strap. Check out www.thingsyouneverknew.com
or check with the comic book publisher for Green Lantern. Or the movie studio that's making the movie. Also, www.target.com and also, www.amazon.com have the rings here in USA. Also, the movie trailer is out on the internet depending on where you look.

Go to Vancouver.

If you can't find it there take a flight to South China. Go to search the markets in Shanghai and Hong Kong.

You search will make the ring more worth having.
