I need to find a good resource for finding apartments in this area. Maybe a leasing agent? I want to know ALL options for apartment renting. Including apartment complexes, small apartment buildings, and houses that are separated into rental units.

Hey, guess what. I LIVE IN MICHIGAN AND DONT HAVE ACCES TO AN ORANGE COUNTY PHONEBOOK, Jerk. I don't need a smart-a$$ answer.

I really wish I could delete certain answers. I can't understand why yahoo-ers need to be rude. I dont have a tough guy attitude, Im just easily irritated when people assume things about others. The first guy that left an answer assumed that im to stupid to figure out how to use a phone book. I really wish that everyone could respect one another. Im sorry that so many of you immediatly want to insult your fellow yahoo users.

I like these two resources:

www.westsiderentals.com (they charge $60 but are worth it)
www.craigslist.com (click on Orange County). Just be careful with the wire scams and people who just collect rental application fees when they're in no position to rent out anything.

You can search the MLS for free on my website for properties for lease and I will send you the address so you can check it out on Yahoo Maps. I will represent you and make your transition to Orange County a smooth one. Contact me and I will ask you some questions to better understand your needs and requirements.

Regards

The Los Angeles Times is on-line and will have an Orange County rental section. Same (I think) for the Santa Ana Register.

www.craigslist.org that is how I rent my places and there are a lot of people needing an apt who look there too. I also had a realtor who used that site to sell homes and through that site he got a lot of clients.

Your "tough guy" attitude will get you in trouble in no time out here in So. California. Do yourself a favor and STAY clear out of California....

Hmm .. you live in MI eh .. Aside from the obvious (like realtor.com or apartments.com) you can find infos on their local news paper (they have online edition i'm sure).. or check online classified.. as someone already mention about craiglist .. I hope that helps ..
