My mail is not working

9 hours on and i find this section! I was desperately searching for some official announcement or news story......glad to know its not my pc or router or ISP having spent the best part of a hour trying things does now REALLY annoy me - what the hell cnt yahoo put a simple polite announcement on their home page that says something like "we applogise for the temporay outage of our services blah blah" then at the very least people would knwow to be patient etc - i know its free service but at then again some for of service would be nice!!!! I appreciate they appear to be updating this and that, but is this a taste of whats to come? Maybe time to look closer at hotmail - i doubt they wold let users be without mail for 9+ hrs.....?

There seems to be a Mail-server based problem. a lot of people are having the same problem.

It's not working for a lot of people. Server problems for Yahoo.

Why does nobody reply from yahoo? On ntl (UK) there is an icon where you can see the server status. Do they not provide this or reply outside office hours? I only found these questions by chance and thought it was only me having this problem!

Think nearly every1s got the same problem, mines not workin either nor is a couple 1000 other peoples :P, looks like servers r dwn :(

Probably for the same reason I can't acess mine. The bigger problem is I don't know why, sorry
