tylenol 3's by subscription...try a lavender bath it calms you...icepack on the forehead...cool room...and no light...and take something in case the pain upsets your stomach...ive had migraines for years and this is what i have to do

I take two tylenol and then about an hour later take an advil. Taking a nap or drinking something with caffeine in it also helps.

If your over the age of 21 take BC powders they are the only thing that helps me with mine. If under 21 take ibuprofen. BC powders contain aspirin that shouldn't be taken by young people it can cause a rare disease called Reyes syndrome.
