Help Me PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Do u have to have PSP to make backgrounds and layouts for sites like: Xanga, Neopets, Myspace,?
I just wanna know, or can u make them with regular Paint

You can make a background image with any image maker program, so Paint should work just fine. A background is just a simple image file that then gets repeated on the Web site (e.g. Xanga, Myspace, etc.).

don`t know about Xanga & Neopets but for myspace you don`t!!!
