Wheel bearings will make a high pitched squeal when they are about to go out.

I can't really give an answer without seeing your bike. Have you ever changed the oil in the final drive case? (use hypoid gear oil).
Drain it and check for metal deposits.
There are a few bearings inside the final drive case. If they were worn due to lack of oil or old oil, they could make that noise.
