I know neyo is coming back here do they redeem tickets then or what? i had 2nd row tickets to see him!!! someone let me know????

i went last night but he cancelled the show before he was supposed to perform? they didnt tell us what to do about the tix...i just want to know if anyone in boston went and knows what to do

like i said HE DIDNT PERFORM! HE CAME ON STAGE AND TOLD EVERYONE TO GO HOME HE WASNT PERFORMING! so i didnt see him at all to judge his performance I want to know how i get my money back since he decided at the last minute to come out and cancel the show

i like Ne-yo i didnt waste my money....he decided to cancel whatever! no one can tell me what music to like!! u dont need to answer my question...

If you paid cash, bring the tickets back to Ticketmaster, Tickco, or wherever you bought them.
If you ordered by credit card, they should be charging the ticket price back to you. It's a good idea to call the ticket company to make sure they have your information.
It may take until tomorrow before the show is flagged as canceled in their systems.

If you didn't go, you are totally out of luck. You can not get a refund and you can not use them another time.
