Because in science, they can do "manly" things....they can take things apart and figure out how they work. They can build things bigger and better. They can blow things up to see what happens. Science is the answer to "What if...?". Men can play with science like children, and can really find the answers to all the "what if..." questions they aggrivated their mothers with twenty or more years ago.

Oh, it is a horrible misconception. I am living proof. I am a science and math geek. BUT WAIT, I thought that is what men were good at? I have been one of the highest scorers in my science and math courses... Either way, men are only somewhat good at things. Women can do it all!

It is said that males use more logic than emotions. In contrary, females use more emotion than logic. Maybe this can be the reason, because we need a lot of logic in sciences.

this is what I propose, as to statistics:
men do better because they have more to prove.
It's a gender-bias.
If you don't have a comparable drive, then you won't exist.
-- this is incidentally why people with strong family emphasis do better, feminists, homosexuals and minorities excel~~ they have something to prove.
If you don't you go do something practical like be a lawyer, taxman, or real estate appraiser.

Most man rely on intellect based on linear logic.Science is extremely linear. As you know logic of a woman is diffrent .There is so much complains coming from man that woman is illogical...Man do not understand logic of woman...Well, nowadays, woman more and more flexible with man logic, learning well.

Because we are lazy by nature and we figure out how to use tools, strategies and devices, to do the same work with less energy (or at least energy that we have to expend personally).

what makes you think that? There are many women who are better in that area! Men are kids they live in space and in katastrophes but women are the good ones!
