there are buttons on the tv. and try thinking really hard about the channel you want, maybe u have phsyic powers that will control the tv :P if that doesn't work, then go buy a new televison lol if you dont have enough money to buy a new tv, then go crazy and lose your mind and steal your neighbor's tv :P hahah glad i can help

Simple. Trade your brand new TV for an older model, one that doesn't come with a remote control.
No remote control, nothing to "loose"!
