The problem with accepting responsibility is that many of the things the Commander-in-Sheik has done are illegal.

He's tried to say the laws don't apply to him, and to make other excuses. And so far, nobody in Congress has done more than suggest he get a slap on the wrist.

If the administration actually admitted culpability, a lot of people could be serving prison sentences for violation of federal laws. So, no, they won't accept responsibility for their actions.

Besides, that's not how politics in the US works.

They don't make errors. Why? Because daily George Bush - a paranoid schizophrenic - holds daily conversations with God and God answers back. God tells him what to do and we all know that God doesn't make mistakes.
