When the sun burns out it will swell and suckin the whole solar system so there won't be anyone left to breathe anything.
In any case us humans will probably destroy ourselves millions of years before that happens.

Unless you invent the cure for aging, I wouldn't spend too much time worrying about something that won't happen for billions of more years. I imagine that by that time we will have colonated other galaxies so it won't be an issue.
