Maybe you just need to be with someone you fancy more, or you could have concerns about pregnancy or infections - wear a condom and get both of you tested!
Maybe you need to work on other aspects of your relationship first, or introduce some role play / toys into bed time!

There are a wide variety of reasons why this could be, but the best bet is to see your physician. You don't say how old you are, so it's not possible to diagnose for age-related problems. Contrary to what some may tell you, do NOT take Viagra or any of the other erectile drugs unless your physician prescribes it! If you have a medical problem which hasn't been diagnosed you could wind up aggravating it, or even dying.

you might be distracted. also, check your diet. you might wanna include a multi vitamin. if that doesn't help, go to a doc. you might have erectile dysfunction

try using a condom that is lubricated with benzocaine....heard that is to help stay erected longer
