No, there is no train that will take you directly from Manchester airport to London. But you can get the train at the airport and take it to Manchester Piccadilly from there you can get a direct train to London Euston. The journey should take about 3 hours (although, once it took us 71/2 hours and there was no food on the train).

Yeah there is, it takes about 2 and a half hrs ish, so make sure you take a book or something with you.
