Well it depends upon what you take to be true happiness...a person living in a perfect world where he is loved and where he loves..might not be always happy...True happiness in my opinion is the combination of sorrows,joys,the ups and downs of life...but essentially only u can define true happiness(what it means for u) cuz only u have the yardstick to do so...

It existed before and will exist again. That is what many religions call, Paradise. After the night, comes the day... daylight is approaching. Obviously, hell is right here, right now...the night... suffering...unhappiness... It is an eternal cycle.
