my computer crashed so i had to take it to get it fixed, and they deleted basically everything. i have all my songs on my ipod, but when i plug it in, it just asks me if i want to replace the songs on my ipod with the few i now have in my library. when its plugged in, it shows the little ipod on the left side ( where your playlists are ) but how do i put the songs i already have on my ipod BACK into my library?

i have an ipod and u should try plugging in ur usb into ur computer abd ur ipod then update it and see what happens.

Itunes did this to prevent someone sharing music with their friends. To get around this you need to find a program that can override/work around that. However, I do not know any that are freeware.

reinstall the itunes on your computer, you have to start over, that's all you can do.
