I think spotting after missing 2 days means you need a stronger pill. It makes you wonder if it's powerful enough to prevent getting pregnant!? Call your doctor/nurse and ask them.

If you skipped two consecutive days of birth control, it's normal for you to experience some breakthrough bleeding or spotting, specially if you are using a low-hormone pill like Yasmin, OrthoTriCyclen-Lo, Alesse or Nordette [among others]. By now, you should have taken the two pills you missed, two pills the next day [unless otherwise advised by your Gyno] AND using a backup contraceptive method such as condoms for the remainder of the cycle [until you end this pack of pills]. This slight bleeding should stop in two to three days at the most; if it doesn't, then a call to the doctor who prescribed the pills is in order for further advise on this matter. Good luck, and I hope that my advise has been of some help.

yeah, just get back on track. May be sick to your stomach, so dont catch up in just one day. Double up tomorrow (morning and night) and the next day (morning and night) You may have a full period because you missed two days. Not to worry, read the pill box
