We have Linksys wireless and Linksys Adapter. I can not go on-line where the adapter is (was able to prior to today). Says connection excellent. The adapter has a green power light - bright green. Underneath is the "link" light and it is blinking a dim green (I said the router was doing this before but it's the adapter). Any ideas? We had a storm last night and electricity did go off and on. I rebooted the computer, reset the wireless connected to the main computer. Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong? Give details if you have any idea please. Thank you.

how was the wireless (router?) settup before? just with default settings? if the computer is seeing the router (connection excellent) and ur not getting online then try a hard reset of the router (push the little button on the router and hold for 20 secs) see the documentation....then go into the routers settup page and see if it has been assigned an ip or put the settings to what they need to be according to ur internet service provider....you should unplug everything including ur modem for a minuet and then plug back in. while ur on the routers settup page set a password u can remember and some form of protection like wep or wap and then you'll have to enter that info into your adapters settup or the wireless wizard on the pc...actually i prefer a mac filter to that but just get it all connected then work on security.
