i am so confused!?

ok my mom went to jail and got out well she willingly gave custody of us to our dad well now i am living with him with a mean step-mom and two brats for step-sisters ok well in this house 7 people live in a 3 bedroom house it sucks i want to go live with my mom but how do i tell my dad without hurting his feelings hes very emotional

You need to have a heart to heart with BOTH Dad and Mom to work this one out. Mom may have legal challenges to have you living with her and Dad needs to know your SPECIFIC feelings not generalities so that he can address those issues. Start by writing down EXACTLY what you want to say to your Dad and do not vary from it. Ask him to hear you out completely without interruption and then address his answer to you. Your Dad may get emotional (and that's OK because this is rough for him too) but get all of the issues out in the open. You can correct nothing unless you are specific. You may also need to discuss this with your step-mom (after talking to your Dad one on one). There is nothing wrong with this. You live in their house and perhaps (although you may not believe it) she may not be aware of your feelings. Everyone probably wants to keep the family together. Take the high road and get this talked out.

I had to do pretty much the same thing when I was 15.

I don't know how to do it without upsetting someone.

Face it, you have to start living your life with honesty, regardless of how other people will react.

well if your dad was not such a pussy you could say " hey pussy this place is a dump im leaving" what you could do is say that you want to spend time with your jail bird mom cuss you dint see her in a long time. then you can both spend quality time talking about jail shower rooms.
