When I type in my e-mail adderss and password it says cannot find server and forbids me to access or read mu e-mails

It's not only yahoo!
Myspace, hotmail, ebay etc...
The west coast lost power yesterday, and somehow, it has effected everyone's servers which in turn our disrupting service.
